Join Susan for a yoga practice to replenish the body, and nourish it through its natural rhythms. We will explore postures that can be used to either bring energy and tone, or to calm and restore based upon monthly cycles and phases of life.
Susan is a senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher who teaches mindful movement inspired by 20 years of practicing and teaching Iyengar method of Yoga.
In this workshop, Susan will guide us in exploring all aspects of a well balanced practice: energetic and restorative, forward bends, and back bends, twists and inversions. She will teach us how the asanas affect the body, breath and mind.
